Well, since the last update we have moved...again! Hopefully this will be the last move for at least 5 years! We've been staying occupied with our "baby"; the house. We have just about completed painting all of the interior, taken out carpet, put in hardwoods, and installed up crown molding in the downstairs! Lots of work, but WELL worth it all. The furniture is now in, the curtains are made and up, and the house is really feeling like a home with all the personal touches! We feel so undeservedly blessed and have so many things to be thankful for!
The house has been "initiated" this week! We hosted Thanksgiving on Sunday for the Parker clan, then again on Thursday for the Kemp family. 22 people in all, and we all made it through! It was a delight to have family in our home and to enjoy each others company.

July Beginnings
Neal started his new job at Coca Cola Enterprises as a Logistics Analyst July 1st. He has enjoyed it so far, although it has been pretty uneventful and mostly just getting acquainted with his team and different procedures. I'm sure by the end of this first full week there will be much more interesting updates!
We have moved and are getting settled, but not too settled, into our apartment. Our new address is:
5023 Shadowood Parkway
Atlanta, GA 30339
We start looking for a house this week! We hopet that it will be found quickly and that it will be what we always wanted!
And lastly, Neal and I drove the 10 hours up to Virginia to spend some of the holiday weekend with Grammee Parker and Brian. We had a great time on Friday hanging out at the house, and then on Saturday, we spent all day and almost all night in DC celebrating Independence Day! We walked all over the place and back again! I'm going to do a google maps to trace our path and get an exact number of how many miles we walked! It was great fun though and a wonderful experience to celebrate the 4th in our nation's capital!
Now, we wait for the nephews to arrive!!!

New Beginnings!
July will start a new chapter...Neal working!! This job is such an answer to prayer...quick and in state and something he is really excited about!
We are also packing during the evenings this week so that we can move into a new apartment this coming Saturday. Our apartment looks as if a tornado came through, but it's slowly but surely getting done! We will be in the new place hopefully for about 6 months while we look for and purchase a house!
New apartment pictures will be coming soon!

June Update
May Update
The month of May was packed with graduation, baby shower, and mini-vacation!
Memorial Day we decided to take a quick trip down to the beach at Panama City. It was a great 3 days of doing nothing but reading and jet-ski's in the sun!
David & Caroline are expecting their son, Dmitri, on July 4th. There was a baby shower in their honor on May 31st at Danny & Beckie's home. Here are a few snapshots from the afternoon:

Graduation!!!
Well, the time that Neal has worked for for the past 5 years has finally come! He graduated with Honors from Georgia Tech this weekend! Here are a few pictures from the graduation ceremony at the GA Dome.
After graduation we had family and friends over to our apartment community center for lunch. Grilled some hamburgers and had some good fellowship.
On Thursday, Rebekah took her last final at Armstrong Atlantic State University!! She will not be walking, but we got a "graduation" picture anyways!
On Sunday, we went over to Danny & Beckie's house to celebrate Danny's 49th birthday and Mother's Day. David & Caroline came down from Athens, and Grandma & Grandpa Farthing were able to be there as well.
It has been an exhausting week and weekend, but we are very glad and thankful for all of the friends and family that took time out of their schedules to celebrate with us!
Neal is taking this week to look for a job and to catch up on some sleep! We will definitely update should there be any developments! Thank you all for keeping us in your prayers!

New Scrapbooking Layouts
So I've been working on some scrapbooking lately. Newest idea...pre-made scrapbooks for gifts! I make the layout and all you have to do is put in your pictures! Neal says I should sell them on e-bay!
Here's the latest one in an 8" x 8" book:

There are 20 total pages in this book, so if you want to see them, just e-mail me and I'll send them to you.

Six Parker Birthday's
Last night we drove up to Athens to see David & Caroline, Sharon, Grandma & Grandpa Farthing, Danny & Beckie, and Blake. We were celebrating the six birthdays that occur during the months of February and March. It was a great time enjoyed by, it seemed, almost everyone! Caroline had prepared some Tapas that smelled delicious, and then a homemade cake with lemon filling and homemade icing with fresh coconut. Yes, I ate coconut and it was scrumptious! Here are a few of the highlights:
